Morning Report
The Forerunner 265S gives you a daily morning report as soon as you wake up. It provides you with an overview of your sleep, training outlook, HRV status and the weather. With a sleep score and an overview of your different sleep stages, you'll get a better understanding of how your body recovers so you can find the best times for training and rest.
Race widget
Whether it's a 10k or a full marathon, the Forerunner 265S helps you prepare optimally for your race. For example, the sports watch provides training tips, personalised daily recommended workouts and with Garmin Coach you'll even get free customised training plans for 5k, 10k or a half marathon. Finally, the Race Predictor feature even gives you a prediction of your finish time based on track data, weather and performance.
Daily Workout suggestions
To achieve your health and performance goals, what you do today is important. This feature combines scientific insights with fitness, activity and lifestyle data to improve your fitness level (VO2max) and achieve optimal training loads. When generating a training suggestion, it takes into account your current training load, recovery time, sleep data and the profile of recent training sessions.
Training status
Using your HRV status, your recent training history and your performance, for example, the Forerunner 265S gives you an insight into your total effort and thus whether you are training productively, with peaks or too intensively. This prevents you from overtraining and ensures you have the right training load to improve your fitness or even to perform optimally during a race.
HRV status
Using heart rate variability (HRV) measurements during sleep gives you more insight into your overall health, recovery process and training results. HRV is an excellent indicator of the balance between the autonomic and parasympathetic nervous system and thus an indirect measure of stress. This way, you can learn, among other things, how your body deals with the stress of your training and daily life.
Other features
Unlike the previous generation of Forerunner watches, Forerunner 265S lets you listen to music via your Spotify or Deezer account without your phone. In addition, you can easily make contactless payments with the watch or on public transportation with the Garmin Pay feature and receive smartphone notifications on the watch when it is connected to your phone.

If this is your first time with a smartwatch, it will take some time to find the functions and all the features. But with the manual. Activities can be marked as favourites which makes them quicker to choose. I mainly use it for break walks and swimming.

Exactly as expected, though slightly smaller than my Samsung Watch. Still, I can see all the info well. You can customise everything through the app. It keeps track of everything in terms of fitness and sleep, which is the reason I bought it. It tells me if I am ready to exercise again or if I still need to rest. It shows if the workouts I am doing in terms of heart rate are efficient and if they are promoting my fitness level or not. It automatically customises the number of steps I can aim for per day so it is not too much or too little.

This sports watch is really recommended for the avid athlete. The watch collects a lot of data which is very valuable for your training. The music player works perfectly (if you have spotify). The GPS is also very accurate which is very nice for a run. The battery lasts super long. I use it with the always on screen and I charge it once every 3/4 days. I would have liked a golf sport profile though but I understand they need to save some features for the better watches.

I got 17cm wrist and its really good fit no need to take 265 i think .
